So are we. That's why we had decided to take part in this interesting event.
What does this have to do with our core business? A great deal: because despite digitisation, automation and disruption, we must not forget that behind all of this, people are present - colleagues, employees, friends, partners. The right handling of digitisation must be learned.
Digitisation offers opportunities that we are not yet really warming up to, and also some risks that appear all the more dangerous the longer we avoid dealing with them. We must not feel defeated by digitisation. On the contrary! The better we learn how digitisation can be designed, the easier it is for us to seize the opportunities that present themselves.
In addition to eight keynote speeches and 2 workshops on the topics of "self-organisation, teamwork and lifelong learning", two conferences on the global topic of "digitisation and the change in the work environment" were given in the plenary session.
Especially Gunter Dück's lecture offered everything to laugh, shake your head or seriously think about.
Here again an overview of the program.
The event was animated by Kurt Aeschbacher.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the organisers and Mr.0 Benno Kästli personally for this very interesting event.
