How does THE GUARANTEE work?
- It starts with a personal meeting where we get to know your needs and your organization in detail, and negotiate the general workflow.
- Your company will have a personal project manager to coordinate all translation requirements.
- You will also have a customer success manager who, during the early days, will continuously review the quality and efficiency of all processes and results.
- The project manager and the customer success manager will continuously advise you on best practices and efficient workflows in translation management throughout the guarantee period.
- After the first month of collaboration we will discuss the results in a conference call and agree on possible corrective actions.
- The existing terminology will be harmonized and updated during that time. Existing translation memories will be transferred or created from previous translations (if they meet the quality criteria) and supplemented.
- After the second month of collaboration we will have another conference call to assess the progress and to fine-tune everything.
- After the third month we will once again meet in person and scrutinize the collaboration.
If, during this meeting, you come to the decision that the collaboration is not promising and should therefore not continue, you owe us nothing.
